DAIM Research has been selected as the lead organization for the 2026 Large-Small Enterprise Collaborative AX Leading Model Project through a consortium with Hyundai WIA and Daegu Techno Park (Daegu TP). The project is designed to support small and medium-sized manufacturers throughout the entire AI transformation process—from on-site assessment to operational stabilization—so they can move beyond simply adopting equipment and establish self-sustaining AI-driven operations capable of continuous management and improvement.

The consortium combines Hyundai WIA's expertise in hardware design and implementation, DAIM Research's strengths in digital twin-based simulation and AI-powered integrated orchestration, and Daegu TP's capabilities in regional deployment and expansion. In particular, the project will adopt a validate-before-build approach, using virtual environments to verify logistics flows and identify potential bottlenecks before physical equipment is installed, thereby minimizing investment risks and additional costs for small and medium-sized manufacturers.
