B. Methods of Collecting Personal Information
- ο Direct input by users through the website (Inquiry forms, Insight subscription, KAIST Physical AI Testbed visit and workshop application forms)

- In principle, the Company promptly destroys personal information once the purpose of collecting and using it has been achieved. However, if a user withdraws consent or requests destruction, the information will be destroyed without delay.

- When personal information becomes unnecessary, such as upon the expiration of the retention period or the achievement of processing purposes, the Company destroys the personal information without delay.
- ο Destruction Procedure: Personal information subject to destruction is selected, and the destruction is approved by the Company's Personal Information Protection Officer.
