Amid this shift in the manufacturing paradigm, DAIM was founded in a KAIST research lab with a clear vision: to realize autonomous manufacturing and lights-out factories through data and AI.
We go beyond conventional process automation. By combining reinforcement learning-based Physical AI, where countless heterogeneous robots collaborate autonomously to perform optimal tasks, with digital twin-based simulation that perfectly projects and validates the field in a virtual world, we are completing the next generation of "Manufacturing OS." Through these technologies, we are turning the dream of a 24-hour, unmanned "Dark Factory" into reality.
Our ambition goes beyond advancing intelligent manufacturing in Korea. Like Siemens in Germany, we aspire to become the world's leading manufacturing software partner. As Korea's hardware-centric manufacturing industry embraces software as its new engine, DAIM will continue to pave the way for innovation.
