DAIM Research Secures KRW 2 Billion in Pre-Series A Funding

DAIM Research, led by Professor Youngjae Jang of KAIST and CEO of DAIM Research, secured a KRW 2 billion Pre-Series A investment. The funding round included leading investors such as NAVER D2SF, Company K Partners, and Stonebridge Ventures, all of which recognized the technological strength of DAIM Research's next-generation manufacturing and logistics automation software. By combining AI algorithms with digital twin technology, DAIM Research provides solutions that maximize the operational efficiency of mobile robots. The technology has also been recognized for its outstanding value by being selected as one of KAIST's Top 10 Technologies.
The company has rapidly established a strong market presence, recording significant revenue growth from the early stages of its business, particularly in advanced industries such as semiconductors, displays, and secondary batteries. CEO Jang said the investment will enable the company to accelerate the recruitment of top talent. He also stated that DAIM Research will continue advancing its technologies to meet the rapidly growing demand for industrial automation and aims to become the world's leading provider of manufacturing and logistics automation software.
