Young-jae Jang, CEO of DAIM and Professor at KAIST, was featured on KBS 1TV`s Docu Insight (Episode 294, "The Hour of Goliath"), outlining the blueprint for autonomous manufacturing built on industrial domain expertise.
The broadcast highlighted live testbeds orchestrating heterogeneous robots and AI systems across production lines. Jang emphasized that building a Physical AI Unmanned Factory Platform—where systems autonomously diagnose errors and execute workflows without human intervention—remains the ultimate milestone. He also noted that rapidly integrating Korea`s deep factory operational know-how with AI to gain first-mover deployment experience is critical to securing global competitiveness.
