Professor Youngjae Jang of KAIST and CEO of DAIM Research provides an AI and digital twin-based platform for logistics robot design and operations. The platform consists of the large-scale orchestration solution xMS, the virtual simulation platform xDT, the monitoring solution AID, and the design tool LAY, enabling manufacturers to maximize factory productivity with minimal investment. Its reinforcement learning algorithm, capable of controlling more than 1,000 overhead hoist transport (OHT) vehicles, has been validated by global industry leaders, while its STK and AGV solutions are also improving operational efficiency across advanced manufacturing environments.

CEO Jang plans to meet diverse customer needs by expanding the company's portfolio to include both on-premises and cloud-based subscription (SaaS) offerings. He is also extending autonomous manufacturing solutions beyond the semiconductor and secondary battery industries into traditional manufacturing sectors. Through these efforts, he aims to grow DAIM Research into a global leader in intelligent logistics platforms.
