DAIM Research, led by Professor Youngjae Jang of KAIST and CEO of DAIM Research, was selected for the Ministry of SMEs and Startups' 2024 Super Gap Startup 1000+ Project. The company was recognized as a deep-tech company with the potential to drive the future of Korea's economy based on its proprietary technology for orchestrating thousands of robots in manufacturing facilities. Through its Robot Orchestration Platform (ROP), which combines AI and digital twin technologies, DAIM Research provides an integrated solution covering the entire lifecycle, from system design and heterogeneous robot orchestration to maintenance. Professor Jang's multi-robot control technology has also established strong global competitiveness, having been recognized as an Outstanding Paper in an international journal. Building on this achievement, CEO Jang plans to develop cloud-based and modular solutions for small and medium-sized manufacturers in Korea while accelerating the company's global expansion, with a focus on the United States and Singapore. He also stated that DAIM Research aims to grow into a global leader driving automation and autonomous manufacturing beyond Korea.
