DAIM Research showcased its Autonomous Factory Platform, powered by AI and digital twin technologies, at ROBOTWORLD 2025, Korea's largest robotics exhibition. The platform is an end-to-end solution that automates the entire manufacturing lifecycle, from factory design to operations. Its automated layout design capability has demonstrated a significant improvement in efficiency by reducing factory implementation time by approximately 70%. The exhibition also featured xMS, an AI reinforcement learning-based integrated orchestration solution capable of simultaneously controlling more than 1,000 heterogeneous robots on a single platform.

By optimizing travel routes and preventing collisions, xMS maximizes operational productivity and has already been deployed at more than 30 global manufacturing sites, including semiconductor and secondary battery facilities. Through this exhibition, DAIM Research once again demonstrated the competitiveness of its next-generation autonomous manufacturing solution for integrated management of large-scale manufacturing and logistics robot fleets. Building on its differentiated Physical AI technologies, the company plans to further strengthen its presence in the global autonomous manufacturing market and reinforce its position as a market leader.
